L8 Systems’ monitoring has been a source of great comfort to me. My workstations are remotely monitored on a daily basis. If I have any computer issues, I call L8 Systems and a technician quickly calls me back and 99% of the time corrects the problem remotely in just minutes. Recently, when the 1% occurred, they were at my office within a half hour and the problem was corrected then and there.

When we have emergencies they have always been there to respond so that our business did not have any downtime - even when this meant working evenings or weekends to bring us back in service.

We are a small business, and therefore do not have the revenue to staff full time IT personnel. So many years ago, we partnered with L8 Systems and they are the “IT Department” for our company. From setting up our networks, maintaining all our PC’s and software, and advising us on many technical situations, L8 Systems has been a valuable partner and a reliable and dependable “employee.” We have worked with many, if not all the staff at L8 Systems. But a few of the staff come to mind quickly - the receptionist, who always sounds like she has a smile on her face and a calmness about her, which helps when you are calling in with a stressful technical problem. The tech we’ve worked with just seems to have all the answers to all our technical questions/problems and can troubleshoot to come up with a positive solution every time. Without this “IT Department” we could not operate our business in this technological age.
